Hi, we are testing MultivendorX for possible use, but Lightspeed Cache causes a ‘back-end/admin’ conflict.

With MultiVendorX it is possible to setup the shipping zones for a vendor in the admin back-end. It works fine, but when Lightspeed Cache is activated, setting up a shipping zone does not show in the Admin/back-end that it happened; yet, if you log into the Vendor’s dashboard, it shows as done. After about 40-50 minutes, it will show in the Admin/back-end. Any changes you then make to the shipping zones (eg. change the tax status), it will again take the same amount of time to show/update in the Admin/back-end. Although, again, it will update straightaway on the Vendor dashboard.

We can create a staging site if anyone is willing to have a look and assist. I presume one of the LightSpeed setting might cause this.

Any help/advice will be much appreciated!

Edit: Doing a ‘Purge All’ in Toolbox correct the missing info. Any idea how I can set up Lightspeed so not to need to do ‘Purge All’ to see the changes?

Hi, it seems if I do a ‘Purge All – CSS/JS Cache’ the missing info will show.

please try disable all the JS/CSS options , and also “remove query string” then purge all

see if it works under this setting.

Hi, thanks for the advice. I seem unable to find where I need to remove the query string. Can you point me in the right direction?

it should be in LiteSpeed Cache -> Page Optm -> HTML

Thanks. It did not sort the issue. Clearing the Purge All – CSS/JS Cache seems to be a current fix which we will have to use. Nothing is broken just delayed. Thank you for assisting.

    Much appreciated.
