MarketPress/PayPal checkout error after upgrade to WordPress 5.3

  • Getting this error on checkout after upgrade. Tried downgrade to 5.2.4 but still occurs.
    Using MarketPress 3.3.0

    Error occurs even on download orders where address is not required.

    Oops! An error occurred while processing your payment.
    10727 – The field Shipping Address1 is required
    10728 – The field Shipping Address City is required
    10731 – The field Shipping Address Country is required

    Streaming checkout works just fine so problem seems to be with MarketPress (no longer supported I know)
