It would be nice if I can setup the markup amount either globally (the same for each product) or based on category or on the product level as well.

Just try and keep the conversation about feature requests and donations separate. When the 2 become combined then it can be seen as an offer to pay and that’s discouraged here.

So feature request == good. And donations == great. Combined in the same topic? Not so great and can easily be misunderstood and run into that link I posted.
