Markup / Down

Hi there… Before I purchase the pro, does the pro version allow me to markup the dollar or difference currencies.

i.e. I know it rounds up to the nearest .99 etc. but lets say I need to increase the value of US dollars on top of the exchange rate slightly to cover extra costs… can I do this? Like add +/-$2.50. on top for all $ orders?
