Today is Day 3 of running into the mashery over rate limit error, though the first two days (May 16th and 17th) the plugin was not running the latest version.

So far today, after noticing the need to update the plugin last night, everyone who has attempted to complete the form has been able to do so successfully. Before updating the plugin, roughly 20-25% of those doing so were not successfully synced into CC.

I have reached out to appropriate contacts after a similar report earlier today, but have yet to hear back. I will do what I can to update yourself as well as the other threads reporting this as soon as I have something.

Thank you for your patience thus far.

I have been told that the rate limits should have been increased as of Friday afternoon. Can you confirm if you’re still seeing these errors since then?

Can confirm no longer seeing errors related to the rate limits.

Only thing showing in the debug logs now is lines of “API.Info:” followed by either contact to be created or submitted contact data, which I’m presuming is normal since it’s showing up so much.

You should be able to turn off debugging if you had to turn it on, as well as clear out that log file. The rest of the contents sound normal at the moment.
