Masonry grid and filters in theme only functions sporadically

Hello there,
I have recently installed a purchased WordPress theme which I installed a few days ago and now slowly start to fill in with content. The theme Proton from Neuron has excellent ratings but for some reason the portfolio masonry grid and the filters on the front page only work sporadically after I refresh the browser. This problem occurs across all browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Safari). Sometimes it looks fine but when I refresh the browser, suddenly the category filters (taxonomies) have no function and the masonry grid doesn’t align. Then I need to refresh a few times before it works again. Its very strange as I can’t determine a patter here. I also tried another computer and my mobile device in the house which shows the same issue. I didn’t add any code or changed the original theme. I also have all the plug ins uptodate and run the latest version of wordpress.The php version is also the latest 7.4. I did also run WP Health Check and have no negative feedback.

Since you use a commercial theme, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
