Masonry layout – 1 column showing

    Hi,

    I have been using your plugin on many website without any issues but on one website the masonry layout only shows in 1 column. I have already set the Event Loading to Load window but that did not help. I have also Randomised JS (the website is using SiteGround cache), but that also did not help.

    Any thoughts?

    If it only happens on that site, could you please install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ ?
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate this plugin and see if the same happens with the theme and no other plugins.

    Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

    Unfortunately that did not work. I am working with Divi and when in the trouble shooting mode, none of the reviews are being shown. Instead of checking if one of the plugins was causing the problem, I first tested it on a standard WordPress theme. And there the 2 column design did work. So the problem seems to be caused by the Divi theme. Which is weird, because all the websites I used Strong Testimonials on, were build with Divi and I never ran into this issue.

    Hi,

    Got in touch with Elegant Themes (Divi) and it turned out that the following code was not working. I have added this code to the child theme and now have 2 columns – yeah yeah!

    I will only need to add some margin between the 2 columns but that is for tomorrow.
