I have 113 pages of quiz results and I’d like to bulk delete them all (or better yet not store them somehow? They contain personally identifiable information, not great for data privacy security).

However, because the WordPress native Screen Options are not available, which would usually let you select how many items to show per page, I would have to select all and bulk delete the contents 113 times.

Is there any way to bulk delete all pages more efficiently?
Or at least elect not to store quiz results at all?

More details: we collect user emails to send the user their results by email if desired. This is a requirement. However, I would prefer not to store their email address in the quiz results if possible.

    Thanks!

  • Dear Hr,

In the current QSM you can delete 42 results once, just navigate to results and select all results and click the “Bulk Delete” button so all the selected results will be deleted. The second option regarding not to store quiz results at all is also available; just navigate to settings there, you will see the “Quiz Default Options” click on it there you will see the option “Save Responses” just select the “No” option and click on save changes button you quiz result data will not be stored in a database, please check below-given screenshot for your reference let me know if you need more help.

Thanks for the tip about not storing results. I don’t know how I missed it before.
It was a PITA to bulk delete all 113+ pages of results (over 4,000 entries), so I’m glad I won’t have to do that any more.
