Mass Category and Subcat. creation

Hello,

I have not found anything YET, that will do the following-

Quickly via script of some type of other app/plugin create multiple categories which all have the same subcategories.

For instance if I want to create categories of vehicles, they all would have the same subcats of tires, engines, suspension, etc.

I need about 39 categories and they all will have the same 6 subcats. I have the categories and sub in an excel file. Is there an easy was to do this other than manually creating all (39 x 6)= ALOT of pages.

I appreciate your responses or directions to solutions.
