Mass De-Activate not working

  • I have a plugin that is not network only and not network activated. It is activated on 9 subsites and when I click “deactivate” it says it was mass deactivated. Yet, it has not been deactivated on any of them.

    Wordpress 5.0.2

    Interestingly enough after typing this post and going back to my site and disabling multisite plugin manager, it now says the plugin is not active. I refreshed like 3 times before creating this thread.

    Thanks for the update. It’s possible there was some temporary conflict with an object caching plugin or something.
