Mass Reset WordPress Tables

    Need a SQL script, and the related plugin to do this, to mass clear and reset WP tables that contain posts, media and any related tables to posts/media. By reset, I mean the auto-increment counters etc.

    Settings, categories, tags etc. should all be retained. Just want to start fresh as if no posts/media ever loaded in system. Please include any hidden/related tables (e.g. metadata etc.)

    Would use the delete functions in wp-admin, but they are not working ?? – investigating separately, and just need something now in SQL or plugin that can do it fast and easy.
