massive errors and not able to deactivate or uninstall

    after installing the S3 video plugin, it stiopped my site from displaying anything but the error message that the plugin needs settings.
    After I inserted the settings, the page works now.
    But I still
    – get error messages
    and
    – S3 video can not be deactivated!

    error messages:

    and when trying to uninstall:
