    Hello,

we plan to purchase your plugin a lot of time for 7 client projects.

But first we have general questions:
    1. How to setup custom field “file upload”? Because not all customer information is simple text. What about data like PDF, image and other file documents? Bookly still not have functions/field type “file upload” to solve that business basics?

I hope you have solution for this needs. ?? I cant belive an so much sold software still not have this basics?!

    BR
    Tommy

That’s cool but please keep it here about the non-pro version. The developer can provide an offsite contact for pro questions.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem answering you there.

    Hi friend,

so the free version support file upload fields for customer management?
And then we need to handle this in backend like all other customer information.

I got feedback from support: Paid and free version of bookly still have no file upload field in custom field manager. This is an dramatic situation. Because if an visitor schedule an meeting in 50% of every business they need to upload an file and not only enter a text. And i absolute can not understand why admin can create custom fields but no file upload field. A real business is not based only on “text data” type. ??

I hope you are going to improve this situation soon, many users in paid version and also here asking for it.

Hi @tommy83, file uploading feature is already available with a paid add-on for Bookly. You can check and compare the free and paid versions on our website, on free demos, or by contacting us directly. Since your request has been replied by email, we will mark this topic as resolved now.
