Massive views drop

Hi,

I know that there are a lot of different things to take in to account when transferring to a self hosted site. We recently did this, and have I believe we have installed all the plugins we need, site map has been indexed with google, analytics is up and running.

Our wp.com site received 850+ hits a day, we are now struggling to get 400 a day.
Twitter/fb views are the same
Homepage views are the same
Our subscribers have all moved over.

The views have dropped from our search engine referrals.
Our popular searches on the .com site are all still at the same place on google. I would understand if when the site moved we had lost a lot of the good SEO we had, and so the searches were not coming through because they had dropped ranking on google, but they are still in the same place.

I am hoping someone can give me a reason for this other than that people just don’t want to look anymore.

Any ideas on what else I can do to sort this, help would be much appreciated.
