Massive website slowdown

  • Massive website slowdown. With the plugin on over 15000-20000ms, when off around 2000-4000ms server response time. Noticed after updating to latest version 4.8.3. For now, the plugin is disabled.

    Could you, please, enable the option Pricing rules > Settings > Calculation> Disable shipping calculation on 4.8.3 and check the response time again?

    It’s already ticked – shipping calculation is disabled.

    Can I rollback to 4.8.2. and check response time again? How to do it correctly and export/import settings (rules)?

    Yes, you can rollback.
    No need to do anything , 4.8.3 and 4.8.2 use same internal structures.

    Can you send us your rules and settings ?
    Visit >Pricing Rules>Tools>Backup and copy text (All rules).
    Select “options” in dropdown and copy this text too.

    You can submit both json as new ticket to https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/
