Master slider not loading data

Hello,

I still am unable to get the master slides to to load in the back office so I can edit them. Is there something I’m missing?

Im having the same issue in the Pro version.

I open a slide and it just says “Loading posts data…” below the slide preview. I can click the layers. Are you having a similar issue DOTwebmaster ?

Probably its caused by plugin function conflicts.

In order to isolate and find the issue, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website.
If that resolved the issue, reactivate each plugin individually until finding the cause.

If it did not work either, try to switch to default WordPress theme and check whether it works or not.

I am having the same issue. When I click my slider to view the slides, it hangs on Loading Data. I already tried changing the theme to the standard 2015, and disabled all other plugins. Please assist!

Resolved. The problem was caused by the following:

Due to the auto update function not always working in Master Slider, I manually installed the newer version of Master Slider, by renaming the old MasterSlider directory, and uploading the new Master Slider plugin.

Even though the old Master Slider plugin was auto-disabled by WordPress, I had to remove the old directory altogether. Problem solved.
