I was working locally using MAMP with Master Slider then I transferred everything over to a live host. Once I did that Master Slider stopped working properly. The icon in the admin area sidebar is missing, I can’t edit slides or even view them sometimes, and it has disabled my media library completely. I figured that out by disabling my plugins one at a time and once Master Slider is active it doesn’t the media library stops loading. I changed themes, removed all plugins, reinstalled and even reinstalled WordPress. NOTHING WORKED.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi,
First of all, I have to say it is really strange since after reinstalling WordPress then it should act like default!
I recommend you try to install new WordPress and try Master Slider on a that with default wordPress theme. If that worked then the issue comes from the theme you have used.
Please note to avoid installing other plugins on this test purpose installation.

Thanks for the response. I don’t actually know how I managed to get it to work but it seems to be functioning properly now. After the last round of uninstalling and reinstalling I seemed to have regained full functionality…..really odd. The one thing that still looks weird is the missing logo in the admin section but other than that everything seems to be working fine.

    Thanks again.

    Hi,
    yes it is really wired!
Maybe there are some issues on installation. In this case please try to install it again also you can try manual installation. https://docs.averta.net/display/MSWPF/Installing
