    Hi,

    after the upgrade to the version 2.7.1 I report a lot failed order of customer who tried to pay through Advanced Card with Mastercard card.

    Currently the problem seem to be just with Mastercard. In the staging site when I generate Credit Card and try to buy it’s showed “Unfortunately, your credit card details are not valid”.

    A similar issue was discussed here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/since-update-2-7-1-unfortunately-your-credit-card-details-are-not-valid/. User there mentions that downgrading to version 2.6.1 resolved the issue, but I’m skeptical about this solution. In any case, we have forwarded this issue to the product owner and will be closely examining it in the upcoming update to ensure that the plugin isn’t at fault.

    In the sandbox account with test credit card the issue is the same, just with mastercard card.

    I have also opened a ticket with the PayPal Merchant Technical Support.

    Could be fixed with the next update?

    This changes the optics on this case if you can reproduce it with a sandbox account. Please check if Mastercard is not disabled in the settings at Advanced Card Processing cart. (in the example below Visa is disabled).

    As far as I know from the developers, we haven’t made any changes in that area of the code that could trigger this error in version 2.7.1, so officially, we don’t have a known issue. However, the matter has been forwarded for analysis.

    If Mastercard isn’t disabled in your settings and the error is reproducible, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can request support here: Request Support. Be sure to include the URL of this thread in your ticket for reference.

    This requires further investigation. So far, we haven’t had reports that the problem can be consistently reproduced.

    the problem still occurs, mainly the problem happen with Mastercard and American Express, you have to refresh the page and retry a couple of times to solve it.

    So basically the problem isn’t easy to reproduce
