Masterslider mobile-frontpage and SEO (speed)

Hello.
I have wp-site and has built Masterslider on the frontpage. It causes a problem on google speed test, for it estimates my page POOR becouse it takes all 3,7 sec to load the frontpage! Masterslider has three slides, moving elements and on the first time people search the page it takes too much time, I see the red timeline running on top and text and photoes moving on white background before it stables and everything is seeable.

Google estimates my page not-optimized becouse of that and I need to do something. I waited Litespeed plugin to help, but it seems Litespeed has nothing to improve on my site… Does anybody have any idea how to lift my sites speed or is this just normal when you use Masterslider?
