• I just installed MASTERSLIDER today. I am testing a few sliders out to see what fits my needs. This one is fine, but one of my favorite features has an apparent bug.

When I set up the thumbnail mode, called thumbs here, I prefer to have the filmstrip hide until needed. When hide is engaged, the thumbnails are cropped off with a big gap between each one. If I turn off the hide thumb mode, the thumbs display normally, filling their space except for the preset gap. I tried turning it on and off a few times to be sure that this is the culprit.

I also have the side nav arrows set to display only on hover.

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Sorry about delay in response.

This is a known issue and we are working on it. By the way the only way to avoid it, is turning off hide thumbnails mode.

Disappointing. I always liked that function. Thank you for telling me.
