    Good day,

    1-I purchased Masterstudy theme. Now I’m not able to update the plugins in my website (e-master.org). It shows: Download failed. Unauthorized

    When I tried to open a ticket I got the message:
    This purchase code has already been used.

    2-I need to get more details about your Property theme.

    Kindly assist urgently.
