‘the menu to link it is gone.’

Can you tell me where the menu was? This is a function I’m not very familiar with, so it’s possible I’ve done something without realizing it (I’m not the original developer).

If you can tell me where the function was and how it worked, I’ll have a look in the older versions and see what might have changed in the updates and try to get it resolved.

    Thanks

when you edit or create a new post…

at the bottom you can link this to a matchid.
    But that window is gone…

Interestingly, I never saw that item in months of working with LeagueManger. A couple of weeks ago I started checking the code for problems and found out that that function was throwing errors, so I fixed it and now I do see it. I believe that I’ve got it fixed, I’m doing to find the file, post it on PasteBin and you can check to see if it fixes it for you. I haven’t posted a new update to the core for a month or so because I’ve been working on a few bigger issues, so this is a good way to hopefully solve the problem until I have a new release ready.

    I’ll be in touch shortly…

There was a version of the file needed posted already, but here’s a newer version:

    https://pastebin.com/dm7PR61K

    Here’s the previous version:

    https://pastebin.com/bmqkE5W8

I’m posting the previous just in case there’s something new in there that requires another updated file, but I don’t think so.

This is the admin.php file, located in the admin folder. save a copy of the current file (rename it or download it so you have the original), then drop this file into the admin folder. If you have any questions about it, don’t hesitate to ask.

This admin.php version fixes the meta box, adds a dashboard widget that shows recent support comments, fixes the import/export functions, updates some old code to newer WordPress requirements, and some minor cosmetic changes like changing the name of the menu from “League” to “LeagueManager”.

    Hello LaMonte,

i also have a problem with the match report feature. After chancing the code in the admin.php-file (“https://pastebin.com/dm7PR61K”), the file-upload-feature of wordpress doesn’t work anymore. I’m using WordPress 3.5.2 and LeagueManager-Version Version 3.8.8.1.

I will be very thankful, if you could fix this problem.

    Thanks, Schluffzer

Did you copy the admin file to the plugins/leaguemanager folder?

    Hi I am using wordpress v.3.6 & leaguemanager 3.8.8
All other plugins are deactvated, only leaguemanager is activated.
I have the problem mentioned and I replaced the admin.php in leaguemanager/admin folder with this one: “https://pastebin.com/dm7PR61K”.

The link to match report is solved but I face other problems.
When I go to all posts edit page I get this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'datepicker' edit.php:1170
    (anonymous function) edit.php:1170
    c jquery-1.10.2.js:3048
    p.fireWith jquery-1.10.2.js:3160
    x.extend.ready jquery-1.10.2.js:433
    q jquery-1.10.2.js:104

And now the quick edit is not working and also inside the post editor I cannot add tags or remove the existing ones.

@diallito: Yes, i’ve copied the admin file to the folder..

    I can’t help…
I don’t get that error message

When i add the old version at the bottom appears a way to link match, but the issue is after adding the old code i cant drag and drop widgets..any solution?
