Matched zone at checkout notification on every page

When woo commerce determines what zone you are in at the checkout with items in the basket it comes up with a notification banner saying customer matched zone UK for instance, but it keeps showing on every page. I’ve even got rid of the items in the basket and it’s showing this message. It just is a bit annoying and doesn’t look very pro. Any help would be great thanks.
