Matching costumers to suppliers _ customer applys for cooperation with supplier

Hi Community,

I am looking for a war to match customers to suppliers.
Both the supplier and the customer should be able to set up a profile.

The customer should than be able to choose which supplier to apply to.

Does anyone know a plugin or a way to realise that?
