Matching Theme

SpeakOut! is a great plugin. But the problem is, that at the moment there doesn’t exist any really matching open source theme for it. There are some good commercial petition and campaigning themes for wordpress, like that one (https://www.codester.com/items/3326/petition-wp-wordpress-petition-platform-theme), but these don’t fit to SpeakOut!

My idea is to create a open source petition theme for that great plugin, which shows the petitions clearly arranged and has fuctions like to mark a petition as victory, import subscribers automatically as WP useres, create petitions at the front end and to relocate signers to a specific share/ donate page.

Is anybody out there who is also interestet in such a theme an would assist me developing it?
