Math Captcha in Register form does not show up

    Hello!

    I am using Ultimate Member v2.8.2 and Ultimate Member – Extended Features & Functionalities v2.0.5 (latest of both plugins).

    I enabled “Math Captcha in Register form” in the UM Extended Settings, but it does not show up on the Registration page form.

    More context:

    • I have been using these plugins for years now, until recently when there was a breaking change, and I had to update my “Math Captcha” plugin. It stopped working since then.
    • I have reCaptcha enabled too, and that works correctly.
    • I have tried individual plugin (standalone) and via UM Extended – behaves the same way

    Is there anything I need to change/add to the Registration Form to make the Math Captcha appear?

    Please create the issue here https://github.com/ultimatemember/Extended because the functionality you asked about isn’t related to the built-in functionality of the Ultimate Member plugin.
