Hi Stacey,

We are not the developers of Formidable forms and it is not mentioned anywhere in our plugin that it is compatible with Formidable forms. You should contact their support team with this question.
Please note that we can also help you if you really need this, but this service should be paid since we need some time to analyze the plugin.
