MatilTo shortcode template doesn't work

    Do not use camelCaps (or any capital letters) in your parameter names.

    In other words, use “mailtosubject” or “mail-to-subject”.

    See my review for more info. Basically WP converts shortcode parameters to all lowercase, so there is no match.
