Matomo causing a critical error

No, I would have to cause another Critical Error on a live radio site, to be able to create a screenshot for you.

Also not sure about the php.log, but I cannot find the file, so I suppose it is not switched on.

What I can tell you, is that they are running this template:

So if you get any more messages about this issue, that may be a common reason.

Unfortunately, I do not have time to help any further. We will just switch to another statisticstool for now.

Unfortunately, without any additional information, I can’t help you further.

It may be caused by your template, but this is a paid one, so I can’t get it to test.
It could also be related to one of your plugin, but we would have to disable them one by one to check which one is involved.
Any chances you use one of the known plugins to be incompatible with our plugin?
