Matomo Tag Manager Tracking Code Issue

On the Matomo Cloud Service we have faced some issues with the tag manager, which is outside the scope of the Cloud support as they claim the issue lies in an implementation error of the tracking code. I implemented the tag manger code exactly as instructed on the Matomo Website with the plugin WP-Matomo. Now about the Issue in Detail: A certain Tag is supposed to fire for each URL on the page once has loaded; that did work in one regard, it does fire the correct amount of times, however, it only shows me the same URL over and over, instead of each URL individually, which was how it’s intended to work. For example if there are 6 URLs on the page it fires six times, but it will show me 6 times the third URL instead of all the URLs from 1-6. The Support claims it is an issue with the Tracking code implementation, so far it has been the only issue of this kind, any other Tag works just fine. And I very carefully implemented the code just as it was adviced on the Matomo pages, so I am pretty confident it was not a mistake on my part.
