Matrix not showing on front end after latest Woocommerce update

    Howdy,

    We have a client using the latest version of WP and your fantastic price matrix plugin (thank you for the hard work!).

    However, when updating to the latest Woocommerce version (v2.4.3), the matrix isn’t showing on the front end at all.

    Do you know if there will be an update to your plugin to make it compatible with this WC version, or if there are any known problems you’ve heard about relating to this update and the price matrix plugin?

    we are having the same problem. did you get any asnwer? we can not resolv this issue.

    we tried to download to the version that was working, but it dosent resolve our issue!!

    Hi Migtom,

    No we’ve not had an answer and we’ve not had time to look into the issue more thoroughly.

    On the surface it looks like it loads OK, but it’s just not pulling the matrix through to display on the front end.

    Since the developer doesn’t seem to be responding, I think we might have to set up a local version of WP and Woocommerce and then try to fix whatever’s not working in the plugin.

    Let us know if you find a solution and we’ll do the same ??

    Hi Martin,

    No, sadly we’ve not managed to find a solution yet. We’re working with a local copy of the site to see if we can find a fix for the plugin so we’ll keep you updated, but it’s slow progress at the moment.

    Likewise if anyone else finds a fix, please let us know!

    I have an outstanding ticket with the author as well about a seemingly simple bug – he doesn’t seem interested in keeping this updated so hopefully an independent solution emerges.

    Having the pricing hidden on our website for a week is insane.

    Hi All,

    Apologies to any downtime or problems this caused on people’s sites but the fix is now in place. Normally I’m fairly quick to reply to problems but I’ve been out of action from work for a while so I haven’t been able to sufficiently support these plugins until now.

    Hi Shane,

    Huge thanks for the support on this, you’ve saved a lot of trial and error and a lot of people’s bacon I’m sure! So again, huge huge thanks, the plug in rocks.

    Unfortunately there is a ‘but’, but it should be a small one.

    I’ll submit a new ticket for it, but the gist is that the row / column labels aren’t showing since the update.
