MAX Banner Ads Widget-Plugin no display.

    New to design and wordpress and trying to install the MAX Banner Ads plugin-Widget. Uploaded files to host and changed permissions. Activated MAX Banner Ads 1.4 in WP control panel and uploaded banner and URL.
    Banner does NOT display in sidebar. Anyone out there that may have the answer?
