Max Mega Menu Not working from mobile – Botiga

  • Hello, I am using Max Mega Menu in Botiga Theme.
    It works perfectly on pc but is not working on Iphones and Android mobiles.
    The mobile menu is visible but nothing happens when I click it.

    I didn’t find any Missing wp_footer() nor JavaScript errors.

    Hi marcogriffo,

    Thanks for posting a link. I am not sure if you have changed something since posting the topic, but the whole mobile menu (the icon and the slide in panel of contents) is controlled by your theme, so you would need to contact your theme authors about this one.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your kind reply.

    I switched to another plugin for the mobile version but my goal is to use just max mega menu for both pc and mobile. I was planning to use the pro version.

    Let me know when you or somebody of your team are available to make the integration with my theme or to fix the issue, because at the moment using your plugin, the mobile version show the standard menu of my theme.

    I also find out how to make the standard theme menu invisible but I don’t know how to show your menu.

    I’ll need to see the site with MMM installed and no other modifications. Can you set up a staging site where I can see this?

    Done.

    I deactivated the other plugin
    Just Mega Max Menu is activated
    And set up as pc and mobile version.
    No other modifications.

    Thanks.

    Pleas can you go to Mega Menu > Menu Locations, expand the main/primary location and go to the Advanced tab. In there, set the Active Menu Instance to 1.

    That should restore the default theme menu on mobile, and leave you with Max Mega Menu for your desktop menu.
