Max Mega-Menu plugin does not work.

    Hello, I come to ask for your help because I have tried everything and without success. In the company where I work, we are developing a page in wordpress, the page is not online yet, and I was asked to change the menu I currently have to a Mega Menu. After searching I quickly found the Max Mega Menu plugin (https://www.megamenu.com/) which is the one they recommend the most and I tested it before on a local server on my computer and it worked very well and I loved it. But then I went to test on the page of the place where I work and it doesn’t work. The page I’m dealing with was initially developed by another company, and then they passed it on to me to insert content, and I think the page theme was created by that company. The reason for the Max Mega Menu Plugin not working could be that the theme was created by this company? Did they put in some kind of lock that doesn’t allow me to enter the Max Mega-Menu? I need some help urgently.

    Hi!

    The page is currently not online. It’s still on the local server of the company that created the page. I am inserting content and making changes as requested. And one of the changes that is the priority is this one that unfortunately does not work. I tested other mega-menus plugins and noticed that none of them work. There must be some conflict, but I can’t figure it out. The theme of the website I think was created by the company. Could it be because of this? I also spoke to them and they said they would see what was going on, but they still haven’t told me anything. I wanted a way to be able to see the site but it is locally hosted and protected. Is there any other way you can help me? I am desperate.

    Hi,

    Yes it could be something in the theme that is preventing it from working, especially if no mega menu plugins are working. I am sorry but I can’t help further without seeing the site.

    Is it possible for me to export the entire page and move it to a free hosting site and send it to you? I just don’t know if the settings in general were the same.

    Hi Miguel,

    Sorry but I do not provide email support here, for that you would need a Pro licence and then you can access our ticketed support.

    Either way you would need to make the whole site live (either on free hosting or otherwise) and provide a link. You can always take the site down afterwards.

    Hi!

    I’ve already managed to put the Max Mega-Menu on the website of the company where I work. Now I have another small problem. I use Fluent SMTP, so visitors can write a message to the company. But how do I choose the email I want to receive the emails? For example, I want the email “[email protected]” to receive the form messages, where do I choose this? Thank you for your attention!

    You would need to ask that question on the Fluent SMTP forums, these forums are only for Max Mega Menu.
