    Hi gobl,

I can’t see any obvious problems.

Do you have a custom copy of megamenu.scss in your theme folder?

    Hi gobi,

Apologies for the delay getting back to you. I have been away this week.

Sorry, I was not clear – I see the problem on your site, but I do not see what is causing it.

Please can you go to Mega Menu > Tools and clear the CSS cache? If you have any CDN set up, make sure that is clear too.

Sawsan, please post a new thread (including a link to your site) and I will take a look.

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi,

I think I see the problem.

You will need to fix these validation issues:

    Here is the main problem:

    hi,
i forget to mention one issues . if am working locally and i set the mega menu as i wanted using text box, etc.but if i move my site to new server from locall, mega menu isn’t working. again i need to set from first ,ie, need to create those changes like two column of one parent menu. all drop downs are gone in if i moved to new server. why its happening?

    Hi gobi,

Are you moving your whole database when you move from Local to Live?

This may also be relevant: If you change/switch your theme then WordPress will move all the widgets from their current sidebar to the ‘Inactive Widgets’ sidebar. You need to go to Appearance > Widgets and drag the widgets back from the ‘Inactive Widgets’ to the ‘Max Mega Menu Widgets’ sidebar.

    Regards,
    Tom

nothing is there if moved to another server.all are gone. there is no inactive widgets.again i need to create all the menu whatever i did in locally. waste of time to using your plugin. even why i should i create or move widgets. by default it should be there wherever i moved my site.
    why should i create again?
