Max Menu Item Not Displaying, True Full Width

    ?Hello,

    I am looking to use the Max Mega Menu’s for our primary menu’s “Course Catalog” menu item. I am experiencing 2 issues with it.

      When trying to build a “mega menu – grid layout” option, no menu appears at all when hovering over the menu item
      I am also looking to set the outer width to body (to fill the width of the page) and the Inner Width to the page’s content (to line up with the existing page content).
      I have attempted to follow the guidance from https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/adjust-sub-menu-width/ but my interpretation of the instructions have not worked.

    Thanks for posting a link to your site.

    1. I am seeing a mega menu under Course Catalog – did you resolve that issue?

    2. I see a JavaScript error on the page which is preventing the width from being set correctly. Please can you try adding this to your wp-config.php file?

    define('MEGAMENU_SCRIPTS_IN_FOOTER', false);

    That will move the JavaScript to the <head> where it should be executed before the error occurs.

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for your quick response.

    1. It would appear I had my mega menu set to “standard layout” which results in something displaying. Now that I have switched back to “grid layout” (my preferred layout) it is failing to display again. Please take another look now, sorry about the confusion.

    2. I have added the script to the wp-config.php file as recommended.

    Hi jagarolik,

    I’ve taken another look and I can see there’s a conflicting script running on the main menu (another mega menu script called ‘superfish’). Please can you check your theme options (it may require asking your theme author for pointers) to see if there is a way to disable that?

    Hello, I have communicated with the theme developer and they have indicated that the requested change has been made.

    Would you mind taking another look at https://greatbrookacademy.com/ and hover over “course catalog”? The mega menu continues not to display.

    Hi jagarolik,

    I’ve checked and I can see that Superfish is still being applied to the main menu, so I’m not sure what change they have made. Please try this instead:
