Max Number of donations on donor wall

    On my site, I have the donor wall implemented by shortcode. But it is only showing 72 donations, although there are more. I have already checked, that the donations are not made anonymous. Also, if I manually chose donors by id, the missing ones are showing.
    By changing the number of columns or number of donations per page, the problem could not be resolved.

    Is there a limit to the maximum number of donations which can be shown on the donor wall?

    Hi there,

    There’s no limit, but it’s possible that your settings are filtering them out. Or another possibility is that they are on the next “pages”. By default, donor wall will show 12 donations, and then show a “load more” button that will show more donors. If that button isn’t showing then perhaps it’s hidden somehow.

    The best way for me to help further from here is two things:

    1. Provide me with the shortcode you’re using exactly. Or if you’re using the Gutenberg block, try to list the exact settings of the block that you’re using.
    2. Provide me with a URL of the donor wall so I can see the problem live.

    Yes, the problem ist persistent.
