Hi. I have a smart coupon limited to 3 specific products with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 3. So if they have these 3 in the cart they will get 50% off, but if they have 4 or more of them in the cart the coupon is disabled. Is it possible to have the coupon apply 50% to 3 items in the cart and charge full price if there are more than 3 in the cart.

If they have 5 products in the cart the coupon will apply to 3 and the other 2 will be charged full price. Is there an option for this.

    Hi @jeff12345wp,

Greetings from WebToffee support. Thanks for reaching out to us.

If we understand your query correctly, you would like to limit the coupon discount to a maximum of 3 items while still allowing the users to add more than 3 products to the cart.

Can you try using ‘Limit to X items‘ option in the Usage limits tab? It should allow you to restrict the discount to the 3 items of the product specified in the Usage restrictions tab, without removing the coupon even after the quantity is increased to more than 3.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. I tried limiting it with Limit to X items = 3. The coupon still isnt working the way I want it to. Please see attached screen shot.

    Hi @jeff12345wp ,

It seems like you still have the maximum quantity restriction set for the product at 3, which is why it’s not working as expected. Please try removing the maximum quantity restriction and set only the minimum quantity to 3. Ensure the ‘Limit to X items’ option is set to 3. This should apply the 50% discount to the first 3 items and charge full price for any additional items in the cart.

Let me know if this resolves the issue.
