Max Upload Size

Max upload size is set on the server. Here are two good tutorials on changing it:

Or play it safe and ask your web host.

I will look into adding videos.

Should changing the upload size allow for video uploads or may there be something else that would block videos from being uploaded through the testimonial form? I dont want to pay for the development fees if this won’t solve the problem. Thanks for your help!

For security reasons, the plugin restricts uploaded file types to jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, and png.

No way to override it. Feel free to modify the plugin as you see fit but I will not help you do that. Your feature request has been received and will given the proper attention when time allows.
