MaxButtons will not save properly

I presently have 12 MaxButtons. I am trying to add a new one and it will not save properly. I did update MaxButtons with the latest version hoping that would solve the problem with no luck. I tried copying another button and making changes to the copied one and once I save it, it reverts back the original copied button. I never had this problem before. Please help,
