Maxgalleria gallery will not display on page

Looking at one of your pages, I see that the image-tiles.js is not running though it called in the page’s head section. That is not a show stopper. Some thing else is cause the images not to appear. If you can give send me an admin user name and password I can look at the your galleries and WordPress theme and plugins. You can send the login credentials to [email protected]

Your theme does not seem to process the MaxGalleria shortcode in its one and only template. But when I go into Galleries and click the view link then I’m taken to a page where the images appear. This is because MaxGallleria supplies its own template, single-maxgallery.php, that is copied to your theme’s folder. The gallery can be seen at this address: https://www.upimplantdentist.com/gallery/the-fornetti-team/. The other gallery can be viewed here: https://www.upimplantdentist.com/gallery/video-gallery/. Thus, using these URL, you can work around the limitation of your theme.

Hello i have a problem with this plugin, i receive this message on the wordpress admin

And i download it but i will not solve the problem

1. Please, in the future, create a new topic rather then append to an existing one.

2. Deactive Maxgalleria light and activate Maxgalleria. I have never used Maxgalleria light so I do not know how its galleries work when used with current version of Maxgalleria. You can try to creating new galleries with the current Maxgalleria.

Thanks for your help and information.

Unfortunately, this is the 2nd theme where we’ve found new problems with MaxGalleria. This and the fact that theme folders need to be writable for the new version to install, we’ll need to look at other solutions for our gallery needs. MaxGalleria is no longer the simple elegant solution it was when we started using it.

Actually, I would think the issue here is your theme since it is not processing the shortcode. Have you discussed this with the theme author?

As for the issue of coping the template file to your theme folder there is a built in way to disable it by adding

define('PRESERVE_MAXGALLERIA_TEMPLATE', true);

to your wp-config.php above the line that says ‘That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.’ This is for those who have modified their single-maxgallery.php file and want to keep if from being overwritten during plugin updates.
