• Hi, John…

A heads up on a bug:

Got the “content not available, please try again later” message, and came to realize that the image link for the lightbox was incomplete; the path was correct all the way to the Uploads month directory (with the trailing slash), but then the actual file name was missing. For example, instead of:

    https://example.com/wordpress/uploads/2013/12/imagename.jpg

…the links in the gallery were just:

    https://example.com/wordpress/uploads/2013/12/

This happened when I added several new images to a gallery — the lightbox links were broken on all three.

I removed the images and tried reuploading using both uploaders; also tried renaming the files in case there were bad characters. Nothing helped.

The only solution was to start a new gallery and rebuild from scratch.

FWIW, all the info in the Options database table looks correct; both the post attachment link and the filenames within the gallery data for that particular image are there.

I did have the plugin “WP Gallery Custom Links” activated, but it hadn’t interfered before; I deactivated before starting the new gallery, but I’m not sure that’s the issue.

    Hope this helps!
