MaxiCharts Query Builder not work for my site

This plugin (in beta by the way) requires to install and activate : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/maxicharts-gravity-forms-source-add-on/

I already install “https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/maxicharts-gravity-forms-source-add-on/” Version 1.7.0 . Are you tell it is beta?

I use the data from gravity forms, not from gravity view.

My problem is Filter does not work like the image that I share in my previous 1st message. Maybe it does not work for not working on “MaxiCharts Query Builder add-on”. You can see that https://els.dfp.edu.sa/feedback-pie-report/ here.

So the problem comes from query builder. Respecting to the GF form : How many fields are there ? How many entries ?
Can you send us the log file (maxicharts/logs/dd-mm-yyyy.log) using our contact form on our site?
