Maximum bookings per event and names of the visitors

    Hello Community,

    I’m searching for a simple event/seat booking/reservation plugin for the organization of an yoga class with the following features:

    – show nr. of maximum bookings per event (there is limited place in the yoga room)
    – show nr. of still available bookings per event
    – list of the nicknames of the yoga class visitors

    So I started to install and test some well known free plugins for booking inclusive your plugin with hundreds of options but none of the above features ?

    I hope, that someone made more experience with this topic and can give me a hint to find the options or a direction for further search.

    Hello.
    In the Booking Calendar Free version possible to set to receive unlimited number of bookings per days in any days (or only 1 booking per day).

    So you need to check the Booking Calendar Business Large version, where is possible to make several reservations per specific FULL date(s) by visitors (not time slots), until the day become fully booked. Please read more about it here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/overview/#capacity
    At this version is possible to set capacity of the booking resource, so date(s) in calendar will be available until number of reservations is less then capacity of the booking resource.But in this version is possible to make reservation only for FULL date, not a time slots (time slots in this version only record data in the DB, but do not play any logic in reservation).

    Thank you for all the kind details and clarification. Your answer helped me a lot. Unfortunately I need a free plugin for this project, but I will keep in mind your support.

    Actually what I need for this project is just a seat/place reservation plugin for the registered yoga class mates even without payment an hundreds of other options, just for a better organization of the yoga class. But yes, this is my first trip in this topic and now I know more about booking for next projects ??
