Hi. Users are reporting that when they try to donate more than 25 euros the system rejects it. Stripe’s support team have told me it must be a problem with the plugin.

    Thanks

Hi, @mbrsolution. Thank for your answer. I already knew that tutorial, and in fact the shortcode that I have inserted is based on it:

    [Accept_stripe_payment name = “Invite us to a cafecito” button_text = “Invite”]

According to the tutorial, if I do not specify the quantity in the shortcode then the customers can donate the amount they want, however the problem is that if they want to donate more than 25 euros, the system rejects it. In the tutorial I do not see any mention of this issue.

    Thanks.

This plugin doesn’t have any kind of limit. That limitation maybe coming from your particular Stripe account. Ask the Stripe support team if they have any limitation on your account to accept more than 25 Euros.

    From my first post:

“Stripe’s support team have told me it must be a problem with the plugin”.

    Thanks.

I have just done a 200 USD transaction using the shortcode that you are using. The checkout went through fine. If the plugin was putting some kind of a limit of 35 it wouldn’t work for me. I also have never seen anyone else having this issue.

I have gone over everything and I can’t see any problem. I am not sure what else to do. Maybe try another stripe plugin and see if the same thing happen to you or not.
