maximum comments

  • I’m running a WP blog with over 1000 articles.
    Some articles has over 10.000 comments.
    I break down the comments in pages.
    What is the maxium of comments wp / mysql can handle to run smooth?

  • Those are some impressive stats! Certainly pages with a high amount of data can casue page loads from your server(s) to be less efficient…that said, this question is much too general due to the many differing hosting options and configurations and depends also on the level of expertise of all involved…
