Please find a solution below:

a)
Max Execution time issue is related to PHP configuration and this is not WordPress related issue.

So a probable fix for the error would be:

– open the php.ini file from your xampp installation possibly-
C:\xampp\php\php.ini
– find ‘max_execution_time’ parameter & change it’s value from 30 to 60 or greater
– save & close the file
– restart xampp
