Maximum PPT and Doc file size

  • Hello

    I am using Embed any document and its working very nice until I tried to integrate ppt of size 23 MB. it gives me an error
    “couldn’t preview file this file is too large to preview”. please refer to the image URL.
    Would you please let me know whats the maximum size of PPT, DOC file I can integrate.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The viewers can handle files of a limited size only (Maximum 8MB for Google Docs Viewer and 10MB for Microsoft Office Online). Try your best to keep the documents under 5MB.
    If you have a larger file you want to embed in your website, try uploading it to your Google Drive or Box.com account(available in the Pro version) and embed it directly from there.

    Thank you for your reply, if I go for the Pro version and upload a file size greater than 10MB will it support or still I have to upload the file in Google Drive or Box.com.

    I also faced another issue of ppt Animation and Audio don’t work when embed in WordPress, file size was 6 MB.. will it work in Pro version?
