Maximum upload file size: 10MB

    In the Media Library > Add New – ‘maximum upload file size: 10MB’
    I went to the Host cPanel under ‘File Manager’ and edited the php.ini file to upload at 64M and the memory to 64M.
    After reloading everything I still get a 10MB rate.
    I want to download some themes that I purchased but I need more upload size.
    What else can I do to up the file size?
