Maxmind Precision login not working?

  • Where do I find the user ID and secret key for Maxmind Precision Web-API service?

    I tried entering my account email and API key from Maxmind service (that should work for all their services), but it’s still giving me an error:

    Anyone know where do I find these, if they are separate from account email and API key?

    In addition, why isn’t the lookup showing states/provinces?

    It’s available in City lookup, but it’s not coming up at all in results in the plugin:

    The User ID is shown when you create an API key.
    The screenshot does not say “wrong API key” but it seems that it is still empty – otherwise it would show the saved credentials in the form. Did you click on “Save” and still it didn’t save the data?
